Data protection protects the people behind the data that is stored or processed in companies. The task of data protection and also the primary goal of ecovision GmbH is to arrange the handling of personal data in such a way that nobody is affected in his or her personal rights.
The European Basic Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and also the new Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) impose a whole series of obligations on the bodies responsible for personal data processing.
Personal data may only be collected and processed if expressly permitted by the DSGVO. Essential basic principles of the DSGVO are:

In our company, personal data is only processed in accordance with the legal provisions. These are among others,

The deletion of personal data which are not subject to any legal or contractual obligation to retain or delete them is carried out immediately after they have become superfluous for the fulfilment of the respective purpose.

Right to data transfer

Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as they are necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the contract (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
